7.1 Case study

In-depth multi-omic profiling was performed on each sample including plasma proteomics (targeted and untargeted), metabolomics (untargeted), lipidomics (semi-targeted), and gene expression (transcriptomics) from peripheral blood mononuclear cells (PBMCs) (1).
